Lighthouse Fostering is an independent organisation that was started by foster carers and care leavers.
Lighthouse's ethos has always been to offer therapeutic based individualised person centred care for the children and young people and our carers.
How we achieve this
This is achieved via the support and guidance from our experienced team alongside the comprehensive training and development programme and our 12 week therapeutic parenting course that we offer to all of our carers. This allows our carers to work in an understanding and supportive manner to achieve the very best outcomes for the children and young people in your care.
We are very confident in what we say and deliver as a service, We would recommend and welcome you to talk to our carers directly if you are considering becoming a foster carer.
